How to Use

Keep meals frozen until ready to eat.
Step-by-step guide for the ambali:
1) Take the ambali out of the freezer at night.
2) Heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
3) Remove it, mix well, and heat again for another 1 minute.
4) If it is still cold, heat for an additional 1 minute.
5) Cover loosely with the lid and leave outside overnight.
6) In the morning, add salt for taste and enhance the ambali with yoghurt, coconut milk, pickles, or any spices of your choice to suit your personal preference.
7) Enjoy the probiotic-rich ambali.

Forgot to leave the ambali out the night before?
No problem! Heat it up in the morning for 3 minutes, add salt or any other seasonings of your choice, and enjoy it as a prebiotic drink.

Probiotic Millet and Mixed Sprouted Legumes

I would highly recommend the probiotic millets and the legumes as it has helped me with my digestion and the legumes are a great snack filled with fibre and protein.. will keep purchasing these delicious healthy meals.
