Aaharyam is a family initiative inspired by my mother, Dr. Sujatha Rajendran, an Ayurvedic practitioner who focuses on treating and preventing illnesses primarily through food. Over the course of her 25-year practice, she observed that there is a significant gap between people's desire to lead healthier lives and their understanding of how to achieve this easily and effectively. We chose to address this gap by providing healthy food as diet plays a fundamental role in the prevention and curing of many diseases.
