Step-by-step guide for the Porridge
1) Take the porridge out of the freezer.
2) Heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
3) Remove it, mix well, and heat again for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
4) If it is still cold, heat for an additional 2 minutes.
5) Add salt for taste and enhance the porridge with yogurt, coconut milk, pickles, spices, or enjoy it alongside a curry, side dish, or any accompaniment of your choice. Consume within 4 hours of heating. Consume within 4 hours of heating.
Once heated, consume the porridge within 4 hours and the cooked sprouted legumes within 4 hours.
