  2. Delivered to your door. 

    Enter your pin code to see if we deliver to your area. Enjoy the convenience of weekly home deliveries or pick-up from one of our locations. We deliver the meals every Sunday in an insulated bag that needs to be returned to us.

  3. Heat when Ready to Eat.
    1. Millet Ambali: Heat your Ambali the night before and leave it outside at room temperature to ferment and have it for breakfast. This process creates essential prebiotics that are great for gut health. 
    2.  Cooked Sprouted Lentils: Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until warmed to your liking. Enjoy with Ambali for breakfast.
    3. Millet Porridge: Microwave for 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly heated when you are ready to eat.
    4. Vegetables: Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until warmed to your liking. Enjoy with the Porridge for lunch or dinner.
  4. Add Flavour and Enjoy! 

    Add salt for taste and enhance your meal with yoghurt, coconut milk, pickles, or any spices of your choice to suit your personal preference.

  5. Keep the insulated bag the meals came in safe till the next delivery day. We sanitize and reuse them to send your weekly deliveries. Our delivery partners will pick them up during the delivery. Leave the bag outside in a safe place if you will not be home at the time of delivery. 

Note: Our containers are microwave safe. You can transfer the food to your own heat-safe containers before heating if you wish to do so.
