Delivered to your Door.
Enter your pin code to see if we deliver to your area. Enjoy the convenience of weekly home deliveries or pick-up from one of our locations. We deliver the meals every Sunday in an insulated bag that needs to be returned to us.

 

Heating Instructions: 

The Night Before:

  1. Take the ambali out of the fridge.

  2. Heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

  3. Remove it, mix well, and heat again for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

    • If it is still cold, heat for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Cover the ambali loosely with its lid and leave it out overnight to ferment. This ensures a probiotic-rich breakfast for the morning.

The Next Morning:

  1. Take out the cooked sprouted legumes from the fridge.

  2. Heat them in the microwave for 2 minutes.

    • If they are still cold, heat for an additional 1 minute.

  3. Add salt to taste and enhance your meal with yoghurt, coconut milk, pickles, or any spices of your choice to suit your personal preference.

  4. Enjoy the ambali with the warm sprouted legumes.

Forgot to Heat the Ambali Overnight?

  • No problem! Heat the ambali in the morning for a total of 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, and enjoy it with the sprouted legumes.

Keep the insulated bag the meals came in safe till the next delivery day. We sanitize and reuse them to send your weekly deliveries. Our delivery partners will pick them up during the delivery. Leave the bag outside in a safe place if you will not be home at the time of delivery. 

    Note: Our containers are microwave safe. You can transfer the food to your own heat-safe containers before heating if you wish to do so.
