Heating Instructions:
Take the ambali out of the fridge.
Heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Remove it, mix well, and heat again for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
If it is still cold, heat for an additional 2 minutes.
Cover the ambali loosely with its lid and leave it out overnight to ferment. This ensures a probiotic-rich breakfast for the morning.
Take out the cooked sprouted legumes from the fridge.
Heat them in the microwave for 2 minutes.
If they are still cold, heat for an additional 1 minute.
Add salt to taste and enhance your meal with yoghurt, coconut milk, pickles, or any spices of your choice to suit your personal preference.
Enjoy the ambali with the warm sprouted legumes.
No problem! Heat the ambali in the morning for a total of 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, and enjoy it with the sprouted legumes.
Note: Our containers are microwave safe. You can transfer the food to your own heat-safe containers before heating if you wish to do so.
