Purchase and Delivery

Do you deliver outside Mississauga?
Yes, we deliver to Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Hamilton, Toronto, and Vaughn. We're working to expand further.

When do I need to order by?
You need to order by Wednesday.

What if I am not home to receive the delivery?
If you’re not home, we will leave the insulated bag at your doorstep. Since the meals are frozen and delivered in an insulated bag, they will stay fresh for a few hours. Just make sure to transfer them to your freezer as soon as possible.

What do I do with the insulated bag?
Please keep the insulated bag safe, as we need it to deliver your next order. We will collect it during the next delivery, so there’s no need to dispose of it. If you are not home, leave the bag outside in a safe spot, and our drivers will pick it up.

How are the meals packaged and delivered?
Our meals are packaged in compostable, freezer-safe and microwave-safe containers and are delivered frozen in an insulated bag.

Can I pick up my weekly plan to save on delivery?
Yes, you can! You save the $10 delivery fee by picking it up.

When can I pick up the meals?
Meals will be ready for pickup by 5 PM on Sundays and Wednesdays. Please collect them by 8:30 PM.

I don’t live in the delivery zone. Is there a delivery option for me?
You can pick up from one of our pick-up locations in Mississauga and Milton. We can also deliver to your office if it is within the delivery zone. You may also order to a friend’s home within the delivery zone and pick it up from there later.


Meal Plan Details

How many people does each meal serve?
Each meal serves one person.

What types of millets are used?
We use the 5 Positive Millets: Barnyard, Brown Top, Foxtail, Little, and Kodo. Each millet offers distinct health benefits.

What is included in a weekly meal plan?
Please refer to our meal plans. 

How long do I need to follow this diet to see a difference?
It depends on your individual lifestyle and what you eat other than our meals. 90% of people who have followed the 6-days-a-week plan for a month have reported significant improvements in their health.

Why can't I order just one meal by itself?
A single meal won’t have the desired health impact, and we do not intend to offer individual meals at the moment.


Meal Storage and Handling

How should I store the food?
All meals should be stored in the freezer.

How long do the meals last?
When frozen, the meals are good for 2 months. Once heated, consume the ambali and porridge within 24 hours, and the sides (legumes and vegetables) within 8 hours.

How do I prepare the meals?
Heat the millet mains for 5-7 minutes and the sides for 2-3 minutes in the microwave. For breakfast meals, heat only the ambali the night before and leave it at room temperature overnight to get more probiotics.

What if I forget to leave the ambali outside overnight?
No problem, you can still heat it in the morning and have it immediately. We always recommend leaving it out overnight to allow it to ferment and create more probiotics that are excellent for gut health.

Can I refreeze meals after heating?
Avoid refreezing meals after heating to prevent contamination.


Meal Customization and Dietary Needs

Are the meals suitable for vegetarians/vegans/pescatarians?
Yes, all of our meals are naturally vegan and gluten-free.

What if I have allergies or dislike a particular food?
We disclose all ingredients, so please check to ensure you’re not allergic to any of them. As for taste preferences, you can always add seasoning to suit your palate.

Can I alter or substitute a meal?
We currently do not offer meal customization but hope to in the future. You can enhance the meal with your own toppings and other sides at home.

Are your ingredients organic?
We strive to source local and organic ingredients wherever possible, though we are not fully organic yet.

Are the meals Halal or Kosher?
Yes, our vegan meals meet the requirements for both Halal and Kosher diets.

Are there any dietary restrictions while following this plan?
There are no strict restrictions, but we recommend eating more vegetables and fruits to maximize the benefits.
